We love this season of Thanksgiving because gratitude is an excellent practice. It is a state of being that’s about abundance instead of lack.

We are happy to be here to say hello and express our gratitude.
We love this season of Thanksgiving because gratitude is an excellent practice. It is a state of being that’s about abundance instead of lack.
Being grateful allows us to focus on what we have instead of what we lack.
Just the simple act of being grateful takes us to a place of abundance.
The other thing I love about thankfulness is that we can’t be anxious when we become consciously grateful for something.
And here’s another truth about gratitude.
When we start to feel out of sorts or anxious, the simple practice of gratitude can help us regain our ability to navigate challenges.
Practicing gratitude also helps us train our minds and hearts to focus on seeing the good in all things as a way of being.
I wanted to share these few yet sage truths about gratitude with you.
I also want to express my gratitude for you, my appreciation for our horses (and this lovely boy, Nic), and my family, friends, and animals.
