  2. Hi Barbra & Christine, Thank you so very much for sharing all of your wisdom and knowledge with us & giving us the opportunity to learn and become better horsewomen and partners. I did take your Riders Confidence a year or two ago. Just wondering how much different this course will be. I still struggle with forming a plan & actually riding my horses. I find more excuses. At almost 79 years young, I know the time really is RIGHT NOW to start living my life long dream to ride my horses on fabulous mountain trails everywhere. Thank you so much, You’re amazing!!!! 4. Charlie Mackesy’s book was given to me by a training mate in another state. Love the simplicity, compexity and the illustrations! I keep it closeby.

  6. Hi, Vikki,

That is a great question. I know you were in Core Confidence in 2020 and then Confidence Within in 2021. I would say that this has a lot of the same information as 2021, but is expanded with the six weekly gatherings and the special guests, Dr. Jim Loehr and Crissi McDonald. I believe that those gatherings will be a rich source of deeper understanding and application of this information. To me, of all the courses I do, there is none more important than this one. (-: Hope to see you there, Vikki. You got this horse thing, my friend! Barb

  16. Thank you! Each and every time I listen to what you say I understand myself better. I absolutely believe this will get me to a place where I can reach my goals!
🙂 I know the book “The boy, the mole, the fox and the horse”. It is powerful in so many ways.

  18. Thank you for this,I am going to forward it to a couple of friends if that’s all right. I also love the book that you are quoting, but my favorite part is where the boy says that he can’t see the way forward and the horse asks him if he can just see the next step. When the boy says Yes, the horse says Just take that.So true – one step at a time – we don’t always need to see the whole way, just one step. The other thing I like about the book is that you don’t need to read the whole book; you can open it anywhere and find a good feeling. Thanks again.

  22. I needed this today for sure. I have trouble accepting criticism after a ride and it’s only to help me. After listening to this I do believe it’s cuz of my own confidence is lacking but now I have a place to start thanks as always.

  24. I know my confidence is highest with my horse, because of that special connection. But I didn’t realize that the key was to come back to that when things and people outside diminish my confidence. Instead of focusing on the negative and low feelings I can go back to my horse. Thank you Barb.
