Help for Downloading and Troubleshooting Common Problems When You Download

As you follow these instructions, always read the pop up boxes on your computer carefully. Every computer is different. Be sure to adjust these directions based on your computer’s requests.

1. Select the product you want to purchase and click the "Add to Cart Button".
2. Follow the shopping cart steps to complete your purchase.
3. You will arrive on a page with the product file for you to download.
4. Click the file to begin downloading.
5. Your computer will show a pop up window. It will ask you if you want to save or open the file.
6. Always select SAVE.
7. NOTE: Every computer saves downloaded files to a specific place. Find the “Download” folder on your computer, so you know where the file is automatically placed.

Steps to Open Your Digital Products

1. Now, you are ready to OPEN the file you downloaded. This file is a PDF text file. It will need to be opened with Adobe Reader, which is available for free: http://get.adobe.com/reader/ ^[2].
2. Once you have opened the PDF file you will see the link to access your audio files, as well as the password to login to the webpage.
3. Click on the link. Wait for the webpage to load, and then type in the password to see all your audio files.
4. This is the full digital product. You may now begin listening, or downloading the audio files to your personal computer.

Downloading Audio/Video Files to Your Computer:

1. Each audio track or video listed on the webpage can be downloaded as an MP3 audio or MP4 video file. It can be played on your computer or other devices.

2. To begin downloading audio files, you may choose to download all the files at once by clicking the “Download Audio” button… or download one track at a time by RIGHT clicking "Download MP3" next to each track.
3. If/when you DOWNLOAD THE ENTIRE AUDIO PROGRAM, follow these instructions:

Click on the “Download Audio” button. A pop-up window will ask you what you would like to do with this file. CLICK SAVE. Your computer should then begin downloading the entire folder containing all of the audio tracks for your digital product. Note: at this point do not get in a rush and cancel or close your Internet connection. These are large files, and can take a long time to download to your computer depending on the speed of your Internet connection and bandwidth. Once the download is complete, locate the file folder on your computer and open all the files. Double clicking on the audio files will make them open up automatically in the default media player on your computer. If you right click on the audio file you may open the files with any program you prefer.

4. If you OPEN THE AUDIO TRACKS OR VIDEO ONE AT A TIME, follow these instructions:

Go to the track you want to download and RIGHT click on the words “Download MP3” or “Download MP4” (If you use a Mac you can hold down the control key and click) A pop-up window will ask you what you would like to do with this file. If possible click ‘SAVE’, ‘SAVE AS’ or ‘SAVE LINK AS’. Then, the save window will pop up asking you where you want to save the file. Make sure you select where you want the files to be saved on your computer. Your computer will then download the specific track or file you selected to that location on your computer. Make sure to give your computer time to complete the download before you try to access the files. Once the download is completed there will be an icon and file labeled with the name of the audio track you downloaded. You can double click to listen to the track in the audio player or video player of your choice.

• When you make your purchase, complete the first download immediately.
• When your computer begins downloading files, give it plenty of time to complete the process.
• If it doesn’t work the first time, just try again from the beginning and follow the steps carefully.
• Always read the pop up boxes on your computer carefully. Every computer varies, so adjust these directions based on what your computer asks you to do.

Common Errors and How to Fix Them:

If the download did not completely download, and the files will not open:

If the download process does not go all the way through, then, the folder will not work properly.

This can be caused by a poor internet connection, or closing your internet browser too quickly during the download process. Any number of delays may cause the download to not come through.

When this happens, go back and try to download the files again, but make sure you have a strong internet connection before you begin.

If the downloaded files are lost on your computer:

The best way to make sure you do not lose the downloaded files on your computer during the download process is, to make sure you select exactly where you want your computer to save them.

One good solution is to save them to your desktop. From there, you may then move the files when you decide exactly where you want to put them.
