This is my first visity to your site, it won’t be my last. I have always admired your approach to competition because you mix mindset along with it, which most people as your well aware only focus on ones ability to ride. As a student of personal development and a competitor over the years, when you combine the two the end result is much better and in most cases achieved much quicker.

Congratulations Barbra on a beautiful new site, it was worth the wait!
I wish I could somehow put into words how very much you’ve helped me
make my own dreams come true. The original cassette tapes that I got
many years ago of “Barring Racing Confidence” and “Coaching for
Confidence” helped me more than you will ever know. The techniques that
I learned from you are invaluable in every aspect of life not just riding.

The mental aspect of life is sometimes placed on the back burner, i am realizing this is a crucial element for sucess throughout life. a positive mental outlook enables a person to overcome adverse events either related to riding or any aspect of their life.
