The NEW "Insights" Interview Series is HERE!!!

Now You Can Confidently Move Forward with Proven
Strategies from the Horse World's Brightest Minds

Hi, this is Barbra Schulte.

I'm super excited about a completely NEW, and unique format for a series of upcoming interviews.

The goal of these interviews is to give you gems of information you can use to move you forward in your riding from people who are the superstars of success in the horse industry.

I like to think of it as your source for continuing education that hits your needs right on the head, plus, it needs to be super interesting, informative, and to-the-point.

Through the "Insights" interviews you can discover the what's, why's and how's of world-class, winning strategies … from THE BEST OF THE BEST riders.

You will learn those special things (both big and small) that could separate you from the rest of the field … just as these ideas have bolstered these exceptional horsemen and women into their own extraordinary success.

But most importantly, you will hear these ideas in a way you can apply to YOUR own situation.

Each interview will afford you the opportunity to ask the expert questions directly!

Then, within a few days, the replay will be available in digital audio downloads, or hardcopy via two audio CDs.

For those who like to read and study information via the written word, another part of each "Insights" interview will be a PDF transcript. This PDF text document will be available with either the digital or hardcopy audio version.

The PDF may be downloaded to your computer and/or printed off.

These interviews will absolutely not be just talkie, and chatty.

I plan to dig deep … based on questions I was told to ask the interviewee from people just like you.

I promise to probe for state-of the-art information you can use.

The purpose of "Insights" is to keep you moving forward in your personal riding over time … to keep you up-to-date with fresh, current ideas.

Here's the Story Behind How "Insights" Came to be.

I personally love to keep learning new things. I always have.

I innately know there is no ONE way to do anything. Over the years, I've had the good fortune to pick and choose concepts from a variety of people in all areas. This probing, and then selecting strategy has been key for me to move forward in my career.

Plus, the study of HOW other people have attained great success intrigues me.

I also know the natural way of the world is for the knowledge of an entire industry to evolve and grow.

Trends change, and sometimes quickly. I like to know what's happening on the cutting edge of things.

(Of course, an "industry" is made up of individual people.)

Understanding fundamentals, as well as trends, mixed in with a dose of those ways of thinking that make the best of the best tick is a passion of mine.

I also love to teach, and share what I learn.

I also know that in order to change, we have to change the way we think. I love to listen to audios over and over about my favorite topics so the information SINKS IN to my brain. Repeated listening of audios in my car or truck do that for me.

So, I had a brainstorm a while back.

I thought it would be so interesting, educational and informative for myself, (and others), to talk to world-class individuals for the purpose of learning how they do what they do.

I wasn't interested in just a chatty, "shoot-the-breeze" conversation. My idea was to create a real probing for tips that could be used immediately.

I wasn't sure if other people shared my same desire, so....

I asked subscribers of my newsletter, if they would like to hear from state-of-the-art professionals who have been where we all have been … and have overcome the challenges we all face.

I only wanted to proceed with my interview idea, if people I trusted and respected from my website thought it was a valuable, educational tool, like I did.

People, just like you, responded with a resounding, "YES'" but with BIG stipulations!

Here are the results:

They were very picky about:

  • What they wanted to learn

  • Why interviews could be meaningless … and they told me how to make sure that doesn't happen

  • How I should make an interview valuable

  • Who they wanted to hear from

So, Here's What They Said:

What they want to learn from the interviewee:

Details of their very best practices, and reasons why they work

Their personal struggles, and how they overcame them … what their toughest stuff was, and how they got through it

How they overcame self doubts, and/or doubts about a horse

Their simplest, yet most powerful techniques, that have made all the difference in their riding

From their perspective, the most debilitating mistakes that non-pro and amateur riders make over and over that keep them from improving … and how to correct them

How to make the interview VALUABLE and not a chat session:

Make sure the interviewee can relate to amateurs and non-pros

Make sure there's an ongoing series of interviews, so they could hear different insights from a variety of people … there's always one to several new things to glean from each person interviewed … listening to a number of people say similar things in a variety of ways over time, can make light bulbs go off

Make sure I ask direct, short questions … little to no socializing … get right to solutions

Make sure I ask questions in ways so the expert states what works, and what absolutely doesn't work … get the real pearls of wisdom … what really makes the difference

Find out what caused them to turn the corner, be SUPER successful, and take off

Make sure there's an opportunity for a live session, so people may ask personal questions, if they so choose.

Why interviews can be meaningless … and how I should make sure that doesn't happen:

Don't talk about too much personal history/background and don't waste time on small talk

Make sure, I make sure … the person being interviewed never assumes people already know things

Make sure the content is not full of clichιs … or lacks specific ideas

Who they want to hear from:

People who can teach … and break information down into usable, concrete nuggets

People who give reasons why

People who can relate to amateurs and non-pros … and sincerely care about helping them learn

Riders who have achieved great success, overcome obstacles, and didn't give up

Professionals and non-professionals alike

So that's what I've set out to do because I believe riders, just like you, who designed this interview series are right!

You absolutely need consistent information, over time so you can keep learning.

You need information nourishment and encouragement to support your road … in intervals … over time.

You need inspiration (to keep going), and the realization that if they can do it, so can you.

When you understand key concepts that underlie a master's clarity and confidence … mentally, emotionally, and technically … it can propel you toward achieving your dreams with your horse.

And the result is, "Insights" …

A multiple format, (audio and text), Interview Series designed to give you gems of information

Here's Exactly How "Insights" Works:

  1. There is an initial 45-60 minute interview, conducted by me … followed-up by a live Q&A session, during which you may directly ask your most pressing questions. This is a live, simple-to-participate-in, webinar.

  2. Then, a few days after the live interview, a PDF transcript of the interview will be emailed to you, no matter which audio version you chose.

  3. Then, you will receive your audio copy of the interview:

  • If you purchased the audio hardcopy CDs version, it will be mailed to you within 10 working days ... give or take a day. The two CDs will be divided into tracks determined by the interview and Q&A questions. One CD will have the interview. The other CD will have the Q&A.

  • If you purchased the audio digital version, it will be available within 5-7 working days, if not before. The digital version will include two different audio formats.

The first version will be a download of the entire interview  in tracks question-by-question, on your own, password  protected, private web page.

The 2nd version will also be on a private, password  protected web page. It will provide an opportunity to  download each question individually. We have this design for each digital product we produce, so it's easy for you to isolate an individual favorite segment, and put it on your iPod.

Here are some questions I've been getting about "Insights".

Q: Do you think I can really get tips that will make a difference through audio and text material … without actually SEEING the concepts in action?

One of the biggest benefits about having information in an audio format, is that it helps you firm up your THINKING about how to do things.

How you think about things forms the very foundation of all you do.

Plus, I plan to make sure the tips are explained in as much detail as possible, so it will be as easy as possible to conceptualize what the interviewee is talking about.

However, that being said, the nice thing about audio content is you can listen to it in your truck (if you get the hardcopy CD version), or, if you purchase the digital format, you can listen to it ANYWHERE, i.e., put it on your iPod … or you can listen to it on your computer as you make dinner, if you like.

Hearing something repeatedly, helps you not only soak in the specifics of the information you are hearing, but it also allows you to have "Ah-Hah" moments about things perhaps your trainer or others have also mentioned to you.

When you get your thinking going in the right direction, BIG changes happen.

Besides the initial gems of wisdom you will learn, there's another added bonus.

Listening to the same interview repeatedly, as well as hearing new ones, can be a big boost to solidifying your skills.

Plus, having an interview available in both text and audio formats is a big added feature. If you prefer one way of learning, i.e., reading over listening, or listening over reading, no problem. You will have both ways of accessing all the great information.

Q: How can you make sure the information is relevant to MY needs?

The questions I will ask came from people just like you.

Plus, you get a chance to ask your own questions during the live interview!

This is YOUR OPPORTUNITY to go right to the source with what's on your mind. This is your prime access to the best-of-the-best. Don't be shy! Go for it!

In addition, because I enjoy teaching so much, and because I have been immersed in sharing information for over 25 years, I believe I know how to ask questions for information you need. I will probe for specifics.

PLUS, when you receive either your CD, and/or your audio downloads, as well as your PDF text file, all will be organized by question … which will point you directly to whatever topics you want to explore.

You won't have to sort through, and fast-forward through a long interview, having to listen again to stuff that's not your main focus.

Within the Table of Contents of the PDF and within the menu of the audio downloads, you will not only see a topic question, but you will also see the main points made by the interviewee in response to the question. This will help you pick and choose what to listen to or read.

So, if you missed the live interview (or even if you didn't), you can scroll through the questions and answers, and go right to the solutions you seek.

Think of the "Insights" Interview Series as Your Continuing Education Program

If you ONLY GAIN ONE RELEVANT TIP PER INTERVIEW (and, I'm sure you will get much more than that), each interview will pay for itself many times over … and over … and over.

I am a huge believer in constantly feeding myself new information as well as reminders of the fundamentals.

I hope you will join me and my BEST OF THE BEST guests for an interesting, ongoing, learning adventure!
